How To Write a Letter?

Polity Address the public official. Ask questions about the misconduct. Mention their supervisor’s full name and that you have forwarded a copy of your letter to their supervisor. Send the letter with certified mail with a return receipt (the post office will be happy to assist you with this) or you can go on line and print out a verification receipt from the USPS confirmation center without sending a return receipt.

If you do not get results to your satisfaction with this first letter then you can repeat this same process to a higher authority on your list. Remember your list goes all the way to the governor’s office and beyond if you so desire.
